About the Event
Let’s learn about gin from Richard Young, Distiller and Founder of Julu Gin (commercially distilled on Chongming Island).
Richard will discuss the history, what gin is, how it is made, the varieties, and how to smell and taste gin.
Following the discussion, we will make our own gin cocktail with mixers and learn how to use garnishes.
